Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring your own computer if possible. It's more useful to learn on the device you'll actually be using. If that's not practical, we have systems available for training.

How long are training sessions?

Sessions are typically 1-2 hours. Shorter sessions work better for retention. Two focused hours beats four overwhelming ones.

I'm not very tech-savvy. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. We tailor every session to your current level. There's no such thing as a dumb question, and we won't move on until you're comfortable with what we've covered.

Can you train me remotely?

Yes, remote training sessions are available. We can share our screen to demonstrate, and you can practice on your own computer while we guide you.
